Rectangular fuel header tank access cut in right from seat pan.
Flocked joystick bushes, flap driver shaft blocks. Epoxied stainless steel edge to brake stop. Assembled aluminium nose gear pivot, but inadvertently omitted washers - realised after Loctite had cured.
Aileron drive rod and flap driver cross bar coated with rubber grease to prevent bonding to epoxy from bushes and mount blocks respectively.
