Rivetted oil inspection hatch plate and installed Camloc latch.
Installed aileron cable using two halves of original air doors as brackes.
Attached static vent to static mast with Loctite 262,
Attached right seat pan cover with retained nuts & machined screws & tinnerman washers.
Aileron control rod noted to be a little tight. Bushes cleaned, rod sanded with 800 grit paper. Now working well.
Front section of ventral fin noted to be asymmetric and contacting trim cable anchor, so right side of bond to fuse cut with hacksaw blade and Dremel cutting wheel. I will re-epoxy it a few more millimetres to the side.
Installed 8 countersunk M4 screws in windscreen.
Inspected hire trailer with Dad. Will use it to transport plane for upholstering.
