Firewall riveted on and edge sealed with Dow Corning sealant. Four of the predrilled rivet holes coincide with gussets on the fuselage. Two of these redrilled a short distance away, and two riveted with no backing washer, as they are in solid fibreglass.
Battery strap lugs fitted to firewall.
Rudder pedals fitted and half moon keepers riveted.
Time: 12 hours
Total Time: 86 hours
