More work on right front door. Powder coated flap cross shaft refitted and electric flap servo assembly prefitted. Servo motor tested satisfactorily. Difficulty crimping terminals - will need to purchase better quality crimping tool.
Alloy flap servo mount fashioned, whalebone Dremelled in bulkhead, and fibreglass mount tacked in place with 5 min epoxy. Unable to do any standard epoxying today due to high humidity (85%).
Rear elevator cable clamped. Temporary rudder cable exit hole, and static and VHF antenna cable exit holes cut in vertical fin mount.
Nosegear fitted to housing but bushes found to bind excessively. Fixed with heat gun.
