Right door jamb commenced.
Nose gear reinstalled into mount. Steering yoke too tight causing very stiff operation. Corrected by reaming nose leg steering yoke bolt hole slightly.
Steering push rods refitted. Require lock nuts on yoke rod ends to ensure that nylon spring bushes both rest against firewall when rudder neutral. Push rod holes in firewall noted to be fouling circlips, so enlarged. Rudder pedals remounted. Needed to be packed with 26 layer plates to align correctly with steering yoke and pushrods. Steering now operating correctly. Plates flocked and lower mounting blocks bedded in flock.
Compression gussets flocked and left seat cover glass layup done with 4 layers.
