Attempted to cut hatch hinge to avoid fouling ram air duct but unsatisfactory. Will make new hatch assembly from aluminium sheet.
Flocked and glassed factory cut holes at rear of ram air ducts as they do not allow spark plug leads to clear the cylinders.
Cut NACA duct hole in lower cowl and glassed duct.
Attached regulator to firewall.
Drilled aileron clamp mount holes in left wing and pulled cable through wing using prefitted pull string and intermediate pull wire.
Flocked around flanges of lower cowl retained nuts as some were slightly wobbly.

Time: 4 hours
Total Time: 372 hours
