Prepared windscreen for bonding - sanded and chiselled gelcoat off frame and trimmed and beveled perspex with grinder.
Dad tacked top and side of left cabin vent housing with 5 min Araldite. I taped inside radius of join with two layers of glass tape.
We laid up the top of the right air duct.
Started work on oil cover hinge mechanism. Very tricky as original design fouls on right ram air duct, requiring right side of hinge assembly to be cut away.

Time: 6 hours
Total Time: 501 hours
